Fridz-William Besong Ayuknkem took every one in the
family, including the donor of a birthday gift and his mother by shock when he
told them that the money handed to him as birthday gift at 10, should be used
to fight coronavirus amongst kids.
To match words with action, the young lad donated
the Money to a Limbe based Civil Society Organization, BAWAC Cameroon and
Partners for an activity to be carried out to that effect.
On Saturday May 9, the team accompanied by the
celebrant stormed Bonaberi Quarters, a riverine community in Limbe for implementation
of the Birthday Wish of young Fridz-William Besong Ayuknkem.
100 reusable face masks, soap for the children to
wash their hands, homemade bleach, detergent and water solution to sterilize
hands as well as a hand washing point for the community was the package that
was received by the kids of that community.
Fridz-William is a young ICT4ZKIDS alumni and a
Children's rights Advocate.
His presentation on Children's rights during an
ICT4ZKIDS project was top rated by the organizers.
He is also known as the youngest and brilliant Judge
during the ICT4ZKIDS program organized by New Generation Technology in Buea.
His mentors Mpara Faith of New Generation Technology
and Ashu Mokate of Jongo Hub are great Change Makers in the country.

mission included Baiye Frida, CEO of Blessing Associates for Women and
Children, BAWAC Cameroon, Tarhyang Enowbikah Tabe, National President of Cameroon
Association of Media Professionals, CAMP, Caryn Dasah, Director of Hope Advocate
