  1. Balancing family and health care is a huge challenge because most times women sideline themselves and put others as priority. Most women develop HPV(human papillomavirus) without knowing and it develops most times to cervical cancer. Also these opportunities aren't common in the African communities so they also just relax about it. What of instances wherein women are called up to come for the screening for free but they wave out the call so its two side of the coin. Women have to take a new turn and put their health first. To be strong and capable of managing a home one has to be in good shape and this requires constant checkup and maximum health care routines that way we create a better and reliable space to live in.
